Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1-3 Business Days
Shipments on weekends and holidays will entirely be dependent on the couriers. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders and expect delays, we will contact you to let you know as soon as possible.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking
You will receive your confirmation of your order being shipped and if tracking is included in your chosen shipping method then the tracking code will also be provided.
Customs, duties, and taxes
Glitz & Treats is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Glitz & Treats is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We will ship internationally but shipping rates & times may be different to the UK.
Returns Policy
Are you unhappy with your recent order? Was your product damaged?
Please ensure that you contact us within the 7 days of receiving the order. To contact us you will need to email us at or fill out the details explaining as much as possible on the “contact us” form.
However, unfortunately we do not offer refunds or credits once your order has begun. Also please note we can’t be liable and accept responsibility for any spelling mistakes, poor quality photos and any design errors made by you.
